In Laws crossed their limit ... MIL says my son can't speak till now and is probably gonna stay mute because of me ... because I have a depressive disorder . First of all my son is only 2+ and gonna turn 3 in June (Insha Allah)and I checked on the net and talked to people on parental support groups and they all assured me it was pretty common specially amongst boys to start talking after the age of 3 and secondly I had postnatal depression that got worse due to lack of support and care at home ... meaning because of THEM ! But imagine how it would feel to a mother to be told that she is responsible for anything bad that might happen to her child . How difficult it is to accept your child is not normal . At first I was shocked and hurt beyong words at what she said but when sanity returned I thought what the heck ... she is just a jahil woman sitting at home with nothing better to do then make stupid stories in her head . If I start worrying over what she says then what's the point of my education . That thought helped quite a bit . Thank God I am out of there . Hubbie went crazy as usual once we reached there . Ughhhhh ... I could whine forever but now I am gonna stop feeling sorry for myself and thank Allah I am healthy, my son is well, I ahve a place to live in if not call home and Allah has been so kind in every way to me and He is there for me whenever I need Him . What more can a person ask for ? :D

On another note, just to remind you people, I am still unable to comment on any blog or read any without using an anonymizer and it takes ages for a page to open that way so I am sorry people ... will make it up to everyone ... and it does not mean I am not missing out on a lot and very AWARE of it . :((

We are celebrating Spring Festival in school . Will wear a sari . I love saris though I like shalwar kameez equally .
